What’s the trait you value most about yourself?
How do you go from constantly belittling yourself to achieving things that were once unimaginable to you? Sometimes we lock ourselves in this world we created in our mind- a fantasy world-, a world of bubbles and glitters because we are sometimes afraid or lack faith, or perhaps have been having it very bad.
There are beautiful things that makes us whom we are, not just things we have learned but they are just a part of us that it can’t be removed without taking a large chunk of us.
A personality trait that we have, might not be readily noticed by ourselves but it springs up and take action in opportunistic times.
It’s important to note though that a trait can be a physical attribute also.
The big five personality traits as decided upon are: extraversion, agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness, neuroticism.
Extraversion is sociability, agreeableness is kindness, openness is creativity and intrigue, conscientiousness is thoughtfulness, and neuroticism often involves sadness or emotional instability.
Understanding what each personality trait is can help one know where one falls in and gives them a better understanding of their own shortcomings and strength and how to become their own greatest rival.
Believe it or not you have started a journey to things you once thought were impossible. Want to know more on the big five? http://www.verywellmind.com
