Are you more of a night or morning person?

My whole family once had to move to a place that required ten hours if there was much traffic.

I remember we had to wake up as early as 4:00am so we could arrive our destination early enough.

Waking up by 5am still left me feeling sleepy and now one hour early made my eyelids heavy and dark with sleep. Even the early morning bath still left me weary and sleepy , and only relieved a little.

Surprisingly, I didn’t sleep on the journey and we arrived four hours early. Our driver was fast and the ride was interesting.

I only managed to sleep after we had arrived and settled with my initial fatigue nowhere to be found.

I never like the idea of waking up early after a late night but I have sometimes surprised me.

Is there really a thing such as being more of a morning person, I can’t link it with myself.

If there’s anything I have learnt from my experiences is that we adapt to changing circumstances and habits which we think we have cultivated and is now a parcel of us can be changed.
