Stop saying ” I’m good at nothing”

·

What are you good at?

Ever struggled with your self image because of the feeling that you are not good enough at something — yet? Then, this is for you—

I got scheduled for an interview but I  stumbled on a common question.

What are your strengths?

So, I followed a series of steps to find mine and relate it to the job I was after.

3 steps to find your strengths that suits a workplace.

  1. Repetition: reflect on areas throughout the years that you’ve improved on. Pick a word that describes it. Get synonyms.
  2. Story: write about any event ( work or random) relating to the word you chose.
  3. Technology: when we refuse to see the gem that’s right in front of our eyes.— OURSELVES. Then, let gpt assess you. It turns small moments into big amazing moments. Chatgpt was made to be empathetic ( and I believe that’s great).

Conclusion:

Repetition help you get one word that describes your strength. Story helps to carve the moments that showcase your strength. Use of technology helps find your hidden strengths and talents.
