Are you a leader or a follower?

I wanted to draw, so I learnt drawing.

I wanted to write, so I learnt the art of writing.

I wanted to be an athlete, so I practiced running.

Leadership is as a creative talent. It leaves one in awe, only after it is done in the right way.

And leadership can be learned.

Being a leader requires motivating a group of other people.

So, in different ways and forms; we are leaders.

And, we are followers.
